Burr Ridge Readers Share Game Day Recipes: How To Make 'Hanky Panky'
This mixture of beef, sausage and cheese will have you coming back for seconds.
Burr Ridge, Illinois — If you plan it right, the snacks at your football watch party on Feb. 11 will be as much discussed as the key plays. When we asked Burr Ridge readers to submit their MVP-worthy recipes, Donna Ryan submitted this recipe:
Hanky Panky
1 lb ground Chuck
1 lb hot and mild Italian Sausage
1lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
Party Rye
Cook meats ‘til pink gone. Drain well. Melt Velveeta. Add Spices. Place good sized Tbs of mixture, spread in Party Rye. Bake 350 degrees 10- 15 minutes.
