The Illinois State Scholar Program recognizes seniors in the top half of their class as determined by their ACT, SAT and Prairie State Achievement Exam scores. Students must perform in the top one-half of their high school class at the end of their third semester prior to graduation and/or score in the 95th percentile on the ACT, SAT or Prairie State Achievement Exam in order to be selected.
