According to village documents, the Mediterranean restaurant would be 13,000 square feet and accommodate up to 500 people at a time. It would be at 720 Village Center Drive, in the old space of LOFT and Banana Republic.
Last year, Alexander Kostandinov, who is proposing the restaurant, told the Village Board that this would be his first restaurant. A resident of Burr Ridge for four decades, he works in the transportation industry.
