Dumpster Diving Without a Drivers License On Dec. 27, a Madison Street resident was stopped for looking into dumpsters near local businesses. Police discovered after asking for identification that the resident's drivers license was suspended. The resident was given a citation for having a suspended license. Cannabis Arrest On Dec. 28, 12:41 a.m., a Woodridge resident was stopped for a traffic violation. At that time, police arrested Gary Reategui, 20, of 2835 Hobson Road in Woodridge.
