First Course Please choose from: Lobster Waldorf - Maine lobster, red grapes, celery, apples, candied pecans, romaine hearts; Tuna Ceviche - Sashimi style tuna tossed with fresh lime, avocados, ginger, Jalapeno, red onions & cilantro; Smoked Salmon Cobb - Tomatoes, avocados, cucumbers, bacon, Gorgonzola with a creamy herb dressing; Eddie's Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail; or Beef Carpaccio. Second Course Please choose from: Pan Roasted Salmon - Stone ground mustard glaze, roasted cherry tomatoes & wilted spinach; Brown Butter Trout - Light almond crust, lemon, brown butter, roasted Hericot Verts; Petite Beef Filet Mignon - Platt River Farm's, all natural beef; Pan Roasted Chicken Breast - Asparagus, poached fingerling potatoes, natural jus; or Crab Cakes - red pepper coulis & creole remoulade.
