The old Five Seasons property includes a 154,000-square-foot building on 15 acres, according to CoStar News, a commercial real estate publication. The Life Time chain also bought the long-closed Five Seasons property in Northbrook, the outlet said.
The Five Seasons property is not yet included in Life Time's facility locator.
On Monday, the Burr Ridge Village Board plans to vote on a liquor license for the new Life Time complex because of the ownership change.
