UPDATED: Friday Event Cancellations for Burr Ridge Schools
Two Burr Ridge school districts have canceled events due to the severe weather.
UPDATED: 4:55 p.m.
—No after school activities scheduled for Gower West Elementary. All events canceled, but Multicultural Fair is still on.

- Away game against Morton boys basketball: canceled
- Home game against Morton boys wrestling: canceled
- Away swimming/dive meet in Lockport: Diving portion rescheduled. The diving portion will be held tomorrow morning in Lockport at 9 a.m.
- Home girls bowling invitational: canceled
events are still on with the following exceptions:
- Girls away game against York gymnastics: canceled
- Girls varsity bowling against Hinsdale South: canceled
- Boys swimming against GBW: canceled
- SATURDAY: JV Boys away swim meet against Proviso West: postponed
—All scheduled activities are still being held. In the event of a cancellation, parents will be notified via email and phone.
