Hinsdale South Girls Track Team Members Qualify for State Meet Next Weekend
Six Hinsdale South track team members achieved all-sectional status, three will go on to compete at the state meet.
Congratulations to the following athletes who achieved all-sectional status and qualified for the state meet in Charleston next weekend:
Uzo Okoro: Long Jump 1st place, Triple Jump 4th place

Bridged Bodee: High Jump 4th place
Nakiyah Darden: 300m hurdles 1st place

The following athletes achieved all-sectional status but were just short of qualifying for the state meet:
Alivia Blumenstein: 400m dash 6th place
Rachel Steinhaus: 100m hurdles 6th place, 300m hurdles 6th place
Emelyn Barrientos: Long Jump 4th place
"We are very proud of all these girls on an outstanding achievement and look forward to representing HSHS in Charleston next weekend" said on the school's Athletic page.
