BURR RIDGE, IL – A meeting is planned for Wednesday on <a href="https://patch.com/illinois/burrridge/wolf-road-burr-ridge-line-upgrades">improvements to 2.3 miles of Wolf Roa</a>d in Burr Ridge and Indian Head Park. The session is set for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Highlands Elementary School in La Grange Highlands. A presentation is slated for 6:30 p.m. At the meeting, the Cook County Department of Transportation plans to provide information and receive feedback about the Wolf Road project. The goals of the Wolf Road study are to eliminate roadway deficiencies, bring the corridor up to current standards, improve traffic safety, and review pedestrian and bicycle accommodations. Wolf Road in this area is mostly two lanes. Wednesday's meeting is set to be <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@ihptvch6" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">livestreamed and broadcast on YouTube</a>.
