Motorist Cited for Driving Without a License In Burr Ridge

The following information was provided by the Burr Ridge Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

At about 11:15 p.m. on May 2, Juan Delgado, 24, of the 2500 Block of West 38th Street in Chicago was pulled over near the intersection of Plainfield Road and Garfield Street. He was cited for not having a drivers license and having no insurance.

At about 5:20 p.m. on May 2, Shankaranaraynan Govindarajan, 34, of the 6400 Block of Double Eagle Drive in Woodridge, was pulled over near the intersection of County Line and Plainfield Roads for speeding. He was cited for having a canceled, suspended and revoked registration and having no insurance.

At about 10:27 a.m. on May 1, a Lincoln rear-ended a Chevy at the stop light at the intersection of Burr Ridge Parkway and County Line Road. No injuries were reported.

At about 10:59 a.m. on May 1, a Volvo struck the side of a Chevy in the aisle of the parking lot at Lifetime Fitness.

assisted state police on May 2, after a car was reported in a ditch near the ramp around 2:39 p.m. A Burr Ridge Police officer stood by until a state trooper arrived.

At about 8:03 p.m. on May 3, police received a report of a hit and run on the 400 Block of Rockwell Court. An unknown vehicle had struck the door of a truck parked in the loading dock.
