No Broker For Burr Ridge Village Hall Sale
The village hopes to draw more than $2 million for the building.

BURR RIDGE, IL – Burr Ridge has not enlisted a broker in selling the 40-year-old Village Hall, which went on the market last month.
"My announcement at the Board meeting generated immediate inquiries to which the Village is responding," Mayor Gary Grasso said in an email to Patch on Wednesday. "At this stage, the retention of a broker is not necessary."
Grasso has said before that the village should look for a price near $2.25 million. Officials say the building may become medical offices.
