Patch Invites You to Salute the Veterans In Your Life

Do you know a veteran? Have you said thank you lately?

We have been fortunate to meet many veterans, as well as their friends, family and supporters in the area. Now we need your help.  

On Friday, Nov. 11, the country celebrates Veterans Day with gatherings and tributes of all sorts. Burr Ridge Patch is looking for your personal tributes to the heroes in your own lives. Upload pictures of family members and friends who are, or were, part of the armed services and share a little bit about why you're proud of them.

Whether he or she is a friend, neighbor or relative, veterans deserve our thanks and praise as often as possible, and this is one more simple way we can do so.
