Police Blotter: Beer Can Tossed from Car Leads to Arrests

Illegal Consumption of Liquor by a Minor
At about 2:53 a.m., a officer said he observed a beer can being tossed from the window of moving vehicle. The officer stopped the car near the intersection of I-55 and Joliet Road. According to reports, the officer observed a case of beer and empty beer cans on the passenger's side of the car.
Lindsey Forkin, 19, 14655 Lamon Ave., Midlothian was charged with underage consumption, possession of open alcohol and improper lane use.

Fernando Cuellar-Garcia, 20, 15500 Albert Dr., Oak Forest was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
