At about 9:48 p.m., Burr Ridge Police say they observed a suspicious person jogging in the area of Burr Ridge Middle School. They arrested Jonathon Walls, 17, 17A Kingery Quarter, Hinsdale and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.
