Police Blotter: Tires, Wallet, Necklace Among Recent Theft Reports

MONDAY, MAY 28
Motor Vehicle Parts Taken
Employees of the Burr Ridge Marriott told police around 6:39 p.m. that someone stole spare tires from two of the hotel's courtesy vans that were parked in the hotel's parking lot.
Wallet Stolen
A resident told around 9:43 a.m. that a wallet was taken from the nightstand of a residence on the 6800 Block of High Grove Boulevard sometime during the night. Police say the wallet and its contents were valued at $500 or less.

SATURDAY, MAY 26
Necklace Stolen
A resident told police around 2:28 p.m. that a necklace was taken during a massage session at 6800 N. Frontage Rd. Police say the necklace was valued at more than $500.
