Summer Opening For Burr Ridge Nightspot?

BURR RIDGE, IL – Burr Ridge officials gave their blessing last year for the opening of Jonny Cab's restaurant and bar. It has not opened.

According to its Facebook page, the establishment plans to open at 222 Burr Ridge Parkway near the end of June or the beginning of July.

That estimated opening has been pushed back at least once. In early March, Jonny Cab's announced it would open in late April or early May.

Jonny Cab's Facebook page promises it will offer a "VIP wine and dining experience" in a "modern setting." It says it will feature live music every week.

In the last month, Jonny Cab's has been advertising for cooks, servers and bartenders, among other positions.

It appears much of the furniture is already inside the establishment.

Jonny Cab's is in County Line Square, which is also the home of Capri Ristorante, County Wine Merchant and Are We Live, among other businesses.
