WEATHER UPDATE: Burr Ridge Snow Gallery

Patch will continue to update this gallery with snapshots around Burr Ridge as we report on the weather. We hope you will too.

UPDATED Friday Jan. 13: The winter storm warning issued by weather.com has expired, although the snow has created some delays for air and road travel.

Weather.com is predicting another inch of snow Friday, although The National Weather Service is just calling for a few flurries before noon. West-Northwest winds are blowing at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

The NWS predicts that wind chills will drop to -5 degrees tonight, with a wind from the west blowing at 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday, there's a 40 percent chance that we will get more snow. The wind chill is again expected to drop to -5 degrees, with winds moving west, southwest around 5 mph.
