Whether it's a special gift, or the most important ring you'll ever shop for in your life, customers aren't looking for jewelry stores that are diamonds in the rough. It may be customer service that makes a difference, or the ability to customize an order, but shopping for jewelry can be as much about the experience as the purchase.
