When Burr Ridge Restaurant Plans To Open
The restaurant is designed to accommodate up to 500 people at a time.

BURR RIDGE, IL – Pella Signature, which is set to become Burr Ridge's biggest restaurant, plans to open in early August.
"We're thrilled to bring a new Mediterranean culinary experience to Burr Ridge," spokeswoman Christina Bumba said in an email to Patch last week. "We are excited to announce that we are now in the hiring stage."
The restaurant is planned for 720 Village Center Drive, in the old 13,000-square-foot space of LOFT and the Banana Republic.

The space is designed to accommodate up to 500 people at a time.
The owner is Alexander Kostandinov, who told the village government that this would be his first restaurant. A resident of Burr Ridge for four decades, he works in the transportation industry.

He had originally aimed to open the restaurant last winter.
Burr Ridge officials discussed the restaurant project in May.
