Chesterbrook Academy® Students Donate 250 Food Items to Food Bank
Students held a food drive to collect the nonperishable food items for community members
Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool at UIUC in Champaign recently held a food drive to benefit the Eastern Illinois Food Bank. Students worked together to collect 247 nonperishable food items, including canned fruits and vegetables, cereal, mac and cheese, pasta, peanut butter, and more. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to their community, especially during the holiday season.
