$1/2 Million Woman: Worker Jailed For Allegedly Looting $500K From Beauty Products Biz
The woman's bond was set at $500,000.

A woman charged with stealing more than $500,000 from the beauty products company she worked for was jailed Monday morning.
Kathleen Kirkendall, 48, was taken from the Will County courthouse to the county jail and booked on charges of felony theft. Kirkendall’s bond had previously been set at $500,000.
Kirkendall, 48, looted Professional Salon Concepts to the tune of more than $500,000, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court. Kirkendall’s Linkedin page identifies her as the “Director of Finance at Professional Salon Concepts” in Bolingbrook.

Kirkendall allegedly spent the money at a Petland in Bolingbrook, Southwest Airlines, and on her credit card and cable bills.
According to its website, Professional Salon Concepts delivers “quality hair care products” and “innovative educational programs,” and claims to be “recognized as leaders in the industry who not only apply sound business strategies, but also employ the imagination and creativity that keeps us on the cutting edge.”
