3 Rivers Cafe Opening On Route 6: 'Our Full Menu Is Available'
3 Rivers Cafe is opening on Tuesday, April 1. Owners of the Tear Drop Pancake House in Minooka have expanded, adding a second restaurant.

CHANNAHON — Tuesday will mark the first day of business for Channahon's long awaited 3 Rivers Cafe. Patch first reported about the new restaurant project back in 2023. The owners have spent the past two years remodeling the former village hall property along Route 6 in Channahon.
The address for the new 3 Rivers Cafe will be 24441 West Eames Street, Channahon. During a Patch interview in 2023, Minooka restaurant owner Ahmad Douglas revealed that his family had acquired the former Channahon Village Hall building near the Rosati's Pizza along Route 6.
On Monday, Douglas revealed that his new Channahon sit-down restaurant is ready to open now that April is here.
