Will County Brewing Company Closes Channahon Bar For Good

River Hawk Brewery flopped in Channahon and now the owners of the Will County Brewing Company are focusing on Shorewood.

CHANNAHON — About a year and a half after Will County Brewing Company opened their second location, taking over the shuttered River Hawk Brewery along Route 6, the owners of the Shorewood-based microbrewery have decided that enough is enough, it's time to close the Channahon location forever.

The announcement came on Tuesday afternoon, alerting Facebook followers of Will County Brewing, "We've made the decision to permanently close our Channahon location effective today to be able to focus on our brand and the success of our Shorewood taproom. Thank you for your continued support. Cheers!."
