The strong winds Sunday knocked down Christie Summers' fence. She lives in Arbor Lakes subdivision in Minooka. That news would be bad enough, but the missing fence left an opening for her dog Rascal and he took off.
The 3-year-old, black and white dog was last seen around 6 p.m.
"He is friendly, but very timid," Summers said.
