He's Back - Alleged Firecracker Dog Killer Bailed Out of Jail
The alleged firecracker dog killer was locked up for less than 12 hours.

Failing a drug test cost Nicholas Garcia twice the money he needed to get out of jail than when he was charged with using fireworks to blow the face off a dog.
But Garcia, 24, came up with the $10,000 bond for his freedom all the same. He was locked up for less than 12 hours and released early Tuesday morning.
Garcia was arrested last month for allegedly using fireworks to blow the face off a pit bull. While he was out on bond, he allegedly got caught driving around with even more fireworks and pot in his car.

Garcia was released on his own recognizance but was carted off to jail when he made his next court appearance. Prosecutors had succeeded in getting his bond inreased.
Garcia again made bond and enjoyed a full week of freedom before getting locked up once more on Monday.
