Man Vanishes From Minooka: Police
It's been a few days since anyone has seen or heard from Mariano Kotrba.
MINOOKA — A Minooka man who has vanished is now the subject of a Facebook plea from the Minooka Police Department. The police were out working with Channahon on Thursday night and had no success finding Mariano Kotrba.
According to the Minooka police, Mariano was last seen on April 9, around 2:50 p.m. at the Ace Hardware store on Ridge Road. He wore a blue Polo shirt, a black zip-up jacket and khaki pants. His last location was the area around Mclindon Road and Cemetery Road in Channahon
Minooka police said there will be increased police activity of the I&M Canal towpath near Hansel Road as multiple police agencies look for Mariano, and people are urged to stay away from that area, if possible, while authorities do their searches.
