2 Found Shot Dead, 1 Hurt In West Chicago: Police

One person believed to be involved was taken to the hospital, while another is being questioned, police say.

WEST CHICAGO, IL — Two people were found shot dead in a vehicle in West Chicago on Saturday night, police said.

Police received a call about a witness who found a vehicle occupied by two males who appeared injured at a location in the 700th block of West Forest Avenue at around 6:14 p.m., according to West Chicago police.

When officers arrived, they found the vehicle and saw two males inside with gunshot wounds, and they were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

A third male, who was brought to an area hospital before the officers' arrival with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, appears to be involved, according to police.

A second suspect was also found and is being questioned by detectives, police said, adding that the shooting appears to be an isolated incident.
