2 Wounded in Stevenson Expressway Shooting

21 Chicago-area expressway shootings now in 2016.

A late-Friday shooting on the Stevenson Expressway that injured two people raises the number of expressway shooting incidents in Chicago to 21. 

The shooting took place around 9:40 p.m. on I-55 near King Drive. The two victims drove to St. Anthony Hospital. One was treated and released, while the other was transferred to Stroger Hospital.

State Police found three shell casings on the expressway.
