Ald. Beale Partners With Walgreens To Open Coronavirus Test Site

Ald. Anthony Beale partnered with Walgreens to open a free drive-up coronavirus testing site at 95th and King Drive.

CHICAGO – A new coronavirus testing site is set to open in the Rosemoor neighborhood Monday.

Ald. Anthony Beale partnered with Walgreens to open the free drive-up site at 347 E. 95th Street. The site is set to be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day starting Monday. Appointments are required and can be made online.

“I am delighted that Walgreens has agreed to turn their former 95th Street store into a testing site,” Beale said in a statement. “The health and well-being of our residents is my number one priority and our community is among the hardest-hit, so we must mobilize every asset and community partner to do whatever we can to lessen the tremendous burden on our residents.”
