Armed Mom Abducts 7-Year-Old Boy From Near West Side: Police
Lorraine Smith is not the boy's legal guardian. Police said she has a handgun and is considered armed and dangerous.
CHICAGO (CBS) — Police said Massiah Vaughn was taken from the 1300 block of South Damen Avenue around 4 p.m. Wednesday. His mom, Lorraine Smith, is not the boy’s legal guardian. Police said she has a handgun and is considered armed and dangerous.
