Bears Will Play Ravens In Hall Of Fame Game
The August matchup will lead up to the enshrinement ceremony for the class of 2018, which includes Brian Urlachler.

CHICAGO, IL — During this summer's Pro Football Hall of Fame ceremony in Canton, Ohio, the NFL will honor two of the premiere defensive players of their time, Brian Urlacher and Ray Lewis. So it makes sense that the league would pit the two teams those linebackers ever played for in the game leading up to the event.
The Chicago Bears will play the Baltimore Ravens in the annual Hall of Fame Game on Aug. 2 in Canton, the NFL announced Tuesday. Urlachler played his entire 13-year career with the Bears from 2000-2012, and Lewis was with the Ravens for 17 seasons from 1996-2000. Both players were named to the Hall of Fame earlier this month in their first year of eligibility.
Other members of the hall's class of 2018 to be inducted Aug. 4 include: receivers Randy Moss and Terrell Owens; safety Brian Dawkins; guard Jerry Kramer; linebacker Robert Brazile; and general manager Bobby Beathard.
