• President Joe Biden's caravan snarled traffic and commuter trains when he visited Chicago on Wednesday. He was in town to speak at the 40th Conference of the International Brotherhood of Electric Workers, and raise campaign cash. (Patch)

The Chicago man who admitted to posting that message on Facebook Live, and pleaded guilty to inciting a riot and participating in a massive looting spree in 2020 was sentenced to a year in federal prison, Jonah Meadows reports.
