An iconic sub shop teamed up with a cannabis retailer to create a new take on the classic Chicago condiment.

CHICAGO — Illinoisans can enjoy their Italian beef topped with a little THC thanks to a collaboration between nuEra Cannabis and J.P. Graziano Grocery Co.
The iconic sub shop teamed up with the cannabis retailer to create GiardinuEra, a new take on the classic Chicago condiment giardiniera.
“Perfect for heat seekers and flavor adventurers alike, this condiment adds a zesty kick to any dish, from sandwiches and salads to pasta and pizzas,” according to a marketing email about the new offering. “Fresh veggies and spices combine with high quality lab-tested cannabis extract to ensure consistency and quality in every bite without altering J.P. Graziano’s signature taste.”
