“We are excited to offer Chicago sports fans a one-of-a-kind digital product enabling immediate access to live games and a complement of personalized, on-demand content,” network President Jason Coyle said in a news release.

Authentication via an eligible pay-TV provider will be available in the coming weeks, according to the network, followed by access to games via connected TV applications such as Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV and more.

The network was announced in September and launched Oct. 1 on channels 62.2 and 62.3, replacing NBC Sports Chicago, the Chicago Sun-Times reported at the time, noting Comcast does not carry the channels. The network is available on DirecTV, DirecTV Stream, U-Verse, Astound/RCN, Fubo and other pay-TV providers throughout the region.

About 600,000 Chicago area households without a paid television service were instructed in September that they would need an over-the-air antenna that receives the channels.

To purchase the streaming service, go to CHSN.com or download the app in the iOS store or Google Play. Call 1-800-928-2848 or email support@chsn.com with questions.
