Jackie Robinson Little League Parents Claim ESPN, Little League Used and Abused Their Kids
- On the anniversary of the national title being stripped from Chicago, JR West parents sue almost everyone involved. The story has inspired a lot of comments.
- If it isn’t bad enough to try to teach kids that cheating is OK, let’s just also teach them that everything can be made OK with a little frivolous litigation that you can make a backhanded buck at, too. These kids are being sent way too many wrong messages thanks to “good parenting.”
- Every player on every team that played them should sue the coach. The selfishness of these people is beyond comprehension. Hopefully the judge throws it out and bars the lawyer from ever walking into a courtroom again. What a bunch of morons.
- I have a question. Did the coaches, or were they ever made to, apologize to the kids and admit what THEY did was wrong, and that it was THEM that brought this all on?
- Everything and everyone was OK with breaking the rules up until the time they were caught, then the blame game and finger pointing started.
