Cubs, Sox Home Openers Coming Soon As Spring Starts In Chicago

The first home games will help usher in a season of sunshine, hotdogs (hold the ketchup, please) and, hopefully, lots of wins for Chicago.

CHICAGO — Spring is here, and with it comes long days, warmer weather and baseball.

The Cubs and White Sox both have their home openers in the coming weeks, ushering in a season of sunshine, hotdogs (hold the ketchup, please) and, hopefully, lots of wins for Chicago.

The first home game for the Sox is 3:10 p.m. March 28 against the Detroit Tigers. The Cubs kick off their home games for the season at 1:20 p.m. April 1, when they will take on the Colorado Rockies.
