Chicago, IL - Calling all horror movie buffs, reboot fanatics and people who just look good riding the train: Fox Television is set to film a pilot episode of “The Exorcist” in Chicago, and the crew is looking to cast extras.
Filming is set to take place from March 8-31 in Chicago, and the casting alert on backstage.com comes with the oh-so-enticing promise of “some pay.”
The show will be based on the 1971 novel by William Blatty about a priest who exorcises demonic spirits. Variety reports the one-hour pilot will be a modern reinvention inspired by the book.
