Masked Intruders Stab 4 Family Members, 1 Dog in Buffalo Grove Home Invasion

The two attackers forced their way into a home they targeted early Wednesday, stabbed the homeowner in the head and neck, stabbed others in the house, including the family dog, and then fled after the homeowner found a gun and shot at them. Police say the motive remains unclear. They were caught after stopping at a nearby gas station.
