CHICAGO, IL — A man was arrested Monday after a shooting on the Loop, and authorities say he fired from a sidewalk grate, according to reports.

The man entered a restricted area of the Chicago Transit Authority Red Line Station about 8 a.m., ABC7 Chicago reported.

He fired up toward State Street through a metal grate, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. There were no injuries, the report said.

ABC7 said the man was arrested at the scene outside a Chick-fil-A, and police recovered a firearm.
