The Chicago Tribune, citing the police report, said the guard recognized the man from previous incidents and walked into the stall to find Sutton “holding” the boy’s body and with one hand on the boy’s bottom (over his pants) and the other with his hand in the boy’s shirt.

The newspaper reported that Sutton then squared up to fight officers when they arrived and eventually tasered the suspect.
