Police said the 3-year-old was taken by her biological mother, who does not have custody.

CHICAGO, IL — A missing 3-year-old from Pennsylvania was found safe in Chicago on Wednesday, according to multiple news outlets. Police said the girl was believed to have been taken by her biological mother, who does not have custody.

The toddler was taken from her grandmother's home Tuesday night, WTAE reported.

Charges are pending against her biological mother, 33-year-old Brandi Bailey of Penn Hills, according to KDKA-TV.
