Missing Teen Last Seen Friday: Chicago Police

CHICAGO— Sixteen-year-old Carmen Velasquez was reported missing from her Chicago home on Monday, March 29. Velasquez was last seen in West Humboldt Park near the 4200 block of West Kamerling Avenue, according to police.

Velasquez is approximately 5-foot-2 inches tall with black hair, brown eyes and an olive complexion. She might be wearing black pants, black shoes and a colorful hoodie.

The last reported contact with Carmen Velasquez took place on Friday, March 26.
