Police say frail and tiny Manuel Aguilar was found underneath a burnt blanket in a basement on Chicago's South Side. He was locked naked in a room for a year to live in his own filth, according to prosecutors. After the boy died, he was put into a "playroom" used by her other kids, where she prepared to get rid of his body. When firefighters found him, he was so small they thought he was less than a year old.
