Berkus and Coyle Designed Co-Op Sells for Millions

The $4.9 million co-op sold by former Oprah producer Ellen Rakieten is the most expensive to sell in the city this year. Described as an "eclectic mix of vintage and modern," the 1927 Beaux Arts Co-Op was completely renovated by designers Anne Coyle and Nate Berkus. Berkus is known for his many appearances on Oprah and his short-lived TV design show. Neighboring units are selling for about $1 million.

2 Arrested in Massacre of Chicago Family

Fox Chicago news reports that the 2 people arrested are relatives of the six slain family members who lived in Gage Park. Police are expected to release more information at 5 p.m.
