Oak Street Health Providing Warming Centers Across Chicagoland

Here's when and where the network is providing warming centers for community members.

CHICAGO, IL — Oak Street Health announced Monday any community members affected by the cold are invited into its centers to find relief from the record-setting cold temperatures from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29 through Thursday, Jan. 31. Oak Street team members will be on hand to welcome residents to the facilities, and warm refreshments and activities will be available.

While the Rockford center won't be available as a warming center, Oak Street Health's Chicagoland and other Illinois locations will operate as warming centers, according to a release. Be sure to check each location's specific hours.
