CHICAGO — One of Yelp’s Best New Restaurants of 2024 is in Chicago.
The online review website gave The Evie — described as a “showcase for Chicago cuisine overlooking the iconic Magnificent Mile” the 16th spot on the list.
Executive chef Phil Rubino focuses on fun and flavor with the “fanciest-ever Chicago-style hot dog” with wagyu beef, an array of sushi and the Signature Prime Rib Dip.

To determine the ranking, Yelp considered the volume and ratings of reviews for full-service restaurants that opened after Jan. 1, 2023, and consulted with trend expert Tara Lewis.
