CHICAGO, IL — This year, Feb. 13 might be known as Fat Tuesday around much of the country. But in the Chicago area, that day has another name Paczkis Day. Bakeries around the city have been accepting order for the popular Polish pastries for a while, and some places have already been selling the treats for anyone looking to get a jump on the day.
