Well, Chicago was named America's rattiest city for the seventh year in a row. That's neither a reference to the wire-wearing aldermen nor the worst of the bad news about the city's rodent population.
Apparently, the coronavirus crisis that crippled the restaurant industry and left dumpsters empty had an unexpected consequence. Chicago's rats have become increasingly hungry, aggressive and boldly making themselves at home in residential buildings, according to, well, the Orkin Man.
