Powerball Jackpot Grows to $314 Million

CHICAGO, IL— The Powerball jackpot has been growing - and now stands at $314 million - for this Saturday night’s drawing! The winning numbers from the Wednesday, April 27, drawing were - 02 – 25 – 33 – 39 – 64 - and the Powerball number was 17.

The Powerball jackpot has been rolling since the Saturday, March 5, 2016, drawing, according to the Illinois Lottery. While there was no jackpot winner in Wednesday night’s drawing, Illinois players won more than 29,000 prizes ranging from $4 to $200.

Illinois residents, 18 and over, can purchase Powerball and all of the Illinois Lottery’s draw-based game tickets by using the Illinois Lottery’s mobile app. The free app (the first of its kind in the United States) is available for download on iOS and Android devices and offers any Illinois adult the chance to purchase lottery tickets on their smartphone. Players can also purchase their tickets online at illinoislottery.com and at nearly 8,000 retailers statewide.
