Pullman Food Hall Loses Laine's Bake Shop, Last Day Feb. 29
Local restaurant closing: Pullman Food Hall sweet shop Laine's Bakery will close up shop after less than a year.
PULLMAN — Laine's Bake Shop at the One Eleven Food Hall will close Feb. 29.
The wholesale bakery's first retail shop didn't turn a profit, and struggled with "many challenges behind the scenes," according to the company's blog.
Laine's is the second One Eleven Food Hall tenant to close since the restaurant incubator opened last year.
